How to Use:

1. Soak your feet in warm water to soften the calluses (you can also pair this step with ARTiS Foot Soak).
2. For harder, rougher areas, use the coarse side with water and buff back and forth. Afterward, use the fine side for enhanced smoothness or for areas with lighter calluses.
3. After removing aged calluses, clean your feet thoroughly.
4. Apply lotion or cream to moisturize your feet.

Precautions:

• It is recommended to treat calluses 1–2 times per week. Do not overuse.
• Avoid scrubbing thin skin or areas without calluses.
• The foot file can be cleaned with water; air dry before storing.
• As a personal hygiene product, do not share with others to prevent cross-infection.
